Published three times a year in April, July and December, Energy Focus contains the addresses of the eminent monthly speakers to the Parliamentary Group for Energy Studies.

Whilst papers of the Group's speakers occupy most of the space of Energy Focus, it has also been recognised for tracking of:

- Energy and environment legislation
- Energy related subjects before Select Committees of the House of Commons and House of Lords
- Energy statements and announcements in the House of Commons
- Debates in the House of Commons and House of Lords on energy subjects.
